What is stands for and how it’s objectives have not changed should see it being taken seriously. TV money talks however. @IBOBoxing and @IBOPresident have more respect for the sport than say the @WBABoxing with its spurious titles and 4 global championships at each weight.

IBO should matter more but it won't because their rankings aren't as "pay for play" as other sanctioning bodies. The IBO pres said they were not a non-profit as well and the others are.

As much as us fans dont want to acknowledge the IBO, fighters feel completely different as they value it. Which is why some of the biggest names in the sport have all have won one. So yeah sure it should matter. I give that belt more legitimacy then interim & regular belts

All I can say is they need to replace all those TRINKET Titles within the WBC and WBA and just make the IBO a Major....The BIG 5
